Joe Gregg

Joe Gregg brings more than three decades of diverse experience in finance, information technology and project management to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Quilceda Creek Winery. Joe was excited to join the Quilceda team in 2024 to oversee the winery’s finances, compliance and reporting.

Prior to Quilceda Creek, Joe most recently held the role of Chief Information Officer at Santa Rosa-based Vintage Wine Estates where he was an integral part of the organization’s executive team and was responsible for managing the winery’s IT systems and data security. Joe ’s first foray into the wine industry, however, was when he moved to Washington and joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates as a financial analyst. During his tenure at Ste. Michelle, Joe advanced through a variety of roles in finance and IT and drove many of the key strategic corporate initiatives that contributed to Ste. Michelle’s exceptional success.

A life long learner, Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University in public policy, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a master’s degree in information management from the University of Washington’s Information School. At Quilceda Creek Winery his education continues as he learns to support a team making some of the best wines in the world.

Now based in Sammamish, an eastern suburb of Seattle, Joe and his wife take immense pride in their three grown children and spend their time enjoying the natural beauty of Washington. A former board member of the Washington Trails Association, Joe loves hiking, running and volunteering at trail races.
